Online Gambling in Illinois
As mentioned on the Illinois main page, the state is far more relaxed when it comes to gambling than other states and it is hoped now that legislation has passed that will allow sportsbook betting to take place in the state that other options such as online casino and poker can soon follow suit.
As it stands, residents in Illinois can legally play Daily Fantasy Sports with the usual mix of operators along with online betting on horse racing being made available in the form of advanced deposit wagers (ADW) from six operators which are all regulated by the Illinois Racing Board.
