Delaware has three land-based casinos and all of them are now offering online poker to residents. The casinos also have an agreement with Nevada and New Jersey, which will allow the sharing of player pools (known as a liquidity sharing agreement). That means players from each of the three states will be to play against each other in online tournaments.
This should make for a more stimulating online community and help to boost revenue for all the states involved, and in turn encourage other states to follow suit.
Although every care has been taken into providing the information for this map, state law can often change and this map is how we at GamingUSA understand the gambling law in each state to be as of June 2nd 2023
